I ordered a Cactus Cat Scratching post tree from them and the actual size is way smaller than the size they mentioned in their description. I thought it was by mistake and informed them, then they mentioned that’s the standard size and not sure why it is mentioned otherwise in their description.
They were willing to refund but I needed this immediately and had to keep it with me since I haven’t had enough time to purchase a new one.
If you are buying from them please do double check the actual and the description. Their product is in a good condition.

Have almost everything needed for pets including Foods, Plates, Chains, Collars and many more accessories. Staff is friendly and prices are also reasonable. Have parking space. They also have online ordering system and also have the ability to order items by bank deposits. They have the Blackhawk brand foods, that is highly recommend.
The reason for the four stars is the location of the shop. It is very hard to find. Specially for a new customer even though they use a map service. Better have some direction guiding boards or something like that.
