PetCareLanka provides a platform for pet service providers to list their services and for pet owners to find these services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any service listed on our platform.
Service providers are solely responsible for the content of their listings, the services they provide, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our platform or users.
4. User Content
Our platform allows users to post reviews, comments, and other content. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services.
By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
The PetCareLanka service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PetCareLanka and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PetCareLanka, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
