AYU'S Pet Grooming and Boarding

She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly cares about the pets she works with. My dog always comes home looking amazing and feeling happy. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make all the difference. Highly recommend!

We usually don’t leave reviews, but Ayu truly deserves this! We found a 3-month-old street puppy in desperate need of care, but since she was covered in fleas and ticks, keeping her at home with our kittens wasn’t an option. Our vet only sprayed her coat and told us to keep her separated—impossible in our case. So, we reached out to Ayu, and she immediately took the puppy in. Not only did she give the pup a much-needed bath and worm treatment, but she also cared for her like her own. The poor thing was so weak she could barely make a sound, yet when we picked her up on Friday, she was healthy, happy, and full of life! Ayu kept us updated and, since the puppy wasn’t used to a cage, she even kept her inside her house, separated from other boarded animals. It’s clear that Ayu doesn’t do this just for money—she genuinely loves and cares for the animals she takes in. Even after we took our pets home, she continued to give us care tips whenever we asked. This wasn’t our first experience with her either—we had previously boarded our kittens with her, and she took amazing care of them, always checking before introducing anything new. Her responsiveness and kindness set her apart. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, Ayu is the one! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing work. my shitzu is now looking very good, the thing is I don’t even think my shitzu will let us to trim and shape his face because he didn’t like at all that basically he hates the thing “grooming”. But actually he behaves more well than ever it’s of course because of the experience of the person because last time I took him to the vet and it was not good experience for shitzu, but here it was totally opposite this was the best experience for my shitzu and actually for us, finally: This is very good place Well experienced Don’t rush to complete Friendly And can be recommended.

I took my two dogs for grooming here and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience.The grooming lady was incredibly kind and gentle, putting my dogs right at ease. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about animals and has a real talent for grooming. I’ll definitely be visiting here again. Highly recommended.

I traveled colombo to hokandara expecting good care of my kitten. She has done a good job also take care of my kitty for a while im out. I will do the grooming for my cat here only
