Truth about Best Care,Disgusting Service
DO NOT take your pets here. The doctors, surgery, caretakers, and overall service are a complete joke.
Before the surgery, they did a few tests, scans and said our dog was fit for surgery on February 10th. But the first doctor couldn’t even insert a cannula into our his paw. She tried twice, failed, and was asking the caretakers for help.
A week later, on February 17th, our dog got an infection. We took him in, and the doctor was clueless, asking us what to do and if we wanted medicine. We had to literally tell them to give our pet treatment. This is completely unacceptable.
On February 24th, we went back to have the stitches removed. Despite an 8 a.m. appointment, the doctor didn’t even know how to do it and asked us to wait until 10 a.m. for the surgeon. After checking, the surgeon said our dog was fine but that the wound wasn’t fully healed, so we had to come back another week later.
Finally, on March 3rd, they removed the stitches and claimed our dog was healthy. A week later, our dog couldn’t walk. On February 12th, I specifically requested to see the surgeon, as he was the only one who knew what had been done in the surgery. When he checked, our dog was in severe pain, so we had an X-ray done, which came back normal. The doctor then recommended a blood test, which revealed a low blood count. After more tests, they suggested he might have cancer – despite us already having a scan done less than a month ago. They never mentioned anything about the possibility of cancer earlier.
The next day, after receiving a vaccine, our dog passed away. All because the doctors didn’t know what they were doing. If they had detected the real problem earlier, our dog would still be alive.
OPD Doctors / service
- Each visit a new person checking on your pet, and you’ll have to explain the entire situation over and over again.
- Inexperienced and clueless. The doctors are mostly inexperienced young people who have no idea what they’re doing.
- A real doctor should know how to insert a cannula or draw blood. These people fail at even the most basic tasks.
- No doctor’s certification on display. they’re just hiring cheap trainees instead of real professionals
- Overpriced and Underqualified
Surgeon:
- The surgeon doesn’t check reports before. He has no idea what he’s doing and takes no responsibility for anything after the surgery is done.
- The surgeon only shows up for surgeries. He doesn't care about the ongoing treatment or recovery of the pets.
Caretakers and Boarding Service:
- When you leave your pet after surgery, they send you photos and videos of the treatment. However, the reality is that the same IV bag is used for all animals, and it's only left attached for 5 or 6 minutes just long enough to take the photos. This means the pets aren’t receiving the full dosage of medication they need.
- The whole time, your pet is suffering, while you’re misled.
A Message to Management and Staff:
There are plenty of veterinary services available, and even though your fees are ridiculously overpriced, people still bring their pets to you out of love and trust. We should not be forced to keep paying for your salaries when you're providing no real care.Doctors need to understand that they chose this profession—no one forced them into it. If you don’t know how to treat animals properly, you should stay home or find another job. This is not a place for easy money or fun. Pets can’t speak up for themselves, and they rely on you to ensure their well-being. If you don’t know what you’re doing, you should not be practicing on them.
We want our pets to live, not suffer. It’s disgusting to think about how you sleep at night, making money off of lies and causing harm to animals.
Whether it's in your professional or personal life, the consequences will catch up to you sooner or later.
This place is a disgrace to the veterinary profession. Someone needs to step in and shut this place down before more animals suffer.
This is the worst place to take your pet. If you actually care about your pet, think twice before going here.
I took my cat there yesterday and had to wait 1h and 30 mins just to get him checked. I told them he was weak and needed urgent care, but they just gave me some "Immediate Treatment" token and made me wait. Even after all that time, they still didn’t call me in. My cat was suffering in the carrier, and when I confronted them, they said I was next, only to make me wait another 10 mins.
I had to rush to work, so I rebooked for the evening. When I went back, they told me it was **"too late"** to check blood because the reports wouldn’t come until the next day. Fyi They didn’t even check his temperature.
I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money there, and for what? The worst care imaginable. They overcharge for everything but do absolutely nothing. I finally took my cat to a REAL VET, and he instantly knew what was wrong but it was **too late.**
My cat used to pee everywhere, and when I asked these so-called doctors, they just said **"ITS PROLLY STRESS ** Turns out, **it was kidney failure,** and they didn’t even realise it. If they can’t recognise such an obvious symptom, why are they even running this place!!!?
All they do is take a blood test, tell you what’s wrong, and charge you a fortune. No real care, no proper treatment.Just a money-making scam.
They’re letting animals **suffer and die** while robbing people blind. I lost my baby SHAME ONTHEM
I strongly recommend Dr Hasanthi of the Hospital. She's so much caring and loving towards her patients and always takes an extra effort to deliver the best medicare to pets. We have been taking our pet to Best Care since 2021. They are well equipped, staffed and clean. Perfect support service.
After some difficult experiences with our pets, we were so relieved to meet Dr. Sugith and his assistant. They were incredibly kind and patient. From the very first phone call, the team at Animal Care was professional and compassionate. We can’t thank you enough for the care you provided. We’re more than happy to recommend your clinic to anyone looking for a vet practice that truly puts animals first. Thank you!
