Best Care Pet's Shop - Kollupitiya

Worst Experience Ever! I had an appointment for my cat’s grooming at Best Care Pets Shop in Kollupitiya at 9 AM, but the groomer never showed up. I waited for over an hour, only for them to casually tell me that they were rescheduling my appointment to February 6th without even informing me in advance! This is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you value punctuality and proper service, I do not recommend this place at all. Extremely disappointed!

Very poor grooming the groomer is very rude and he told me to leave the room and when i came back he trimmed all the fur from my puppy very dissastisfied and i will not recommend grooming service from here extremely dissapointed with the service. Please do not go for grooming to this place as i had a very bad experience with them.

I’ve been a regular customer at this pet shop, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. The groomer was very rude from the start, asking us to leave the room without any explanation and showing no respect for us as customers. As a lady, I found this behavior particularly offensive and completely unprofessional. We clearly asked for a regular trim for my Shih Tzu, but when we returned, we were horrified to find that my dog had been completely shaved without any prior consultation or explanation. This kind of disrespectful service is shocking. I would never recommend anyone to take their pets to a place that treats its customers this way. The lack of communication and the rude attitude made this a very upsetting experience. I sincerely hope the shop improves its service, but I won’t be returning.

Nice little pet shop. They have nice selection of collars, food bowls, grooming tools, and a nice selection of shampoos to choose from. They also have a good selection of food, vitamins and other supplements for dogs and cats. The staff too are friendly and helpful. Only downside for me is the parking which was a big hassle.
