I recently visited Best Care Vet Zone to take my cat, Kumudu, for a check-up, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The level of care and attention they gave to my cat was beyond exceptional. They are truly a team of professionals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of the pets in their care. The security is excellent, and the overall environment is clean, safe, and comforting. I really appreciate the love and compassion they showed my cat throughout the visit. Their mobile clinic service was exceptional. The vet and their team were incredibly professional, arriving on time and fully equipped to handle everything right at my doorstep. The doctor took the time to explain the diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand. He patiently walked us through the treatment plan, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect and how to care for my pet moving forward. The entire team was friendly, communicative, and reassuring, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Having access to such a high-quality veterinary service in Kandy is such a relief.

Excellent place to bring your pet to. They have a great staff and has advanced equipment ready for everything. We took our cat few times there to vaccinate her and to treat an injury on her head and it was simple and easy as it could get. There are different spaces for cats and dogs with the equipment they need.

This pet care center seems to prioritize money over the well-being of animals. I brought my cat here because he was having trouble breathing and wasn’t eating or drinking. They administered saline, glucose, and other treatments, but they didn’t inform me about what exactly they were giving. The staff doesn’t provide treatment details to pet owners, and you have to visit both in the morning and evening for unknown procedures. A single visit costs at least Rs.1500, and they insist you keep bringing your pet until it's better. I wouldn’t mind the cost if it actually helped my pet, but I didn’t see any improvement in my cat. Please, for the sake of your pet’s health, go to a place where you are fully informed about the treatments and where they genuinely care about your animal. This place is popular in Kandy, but when it comes to actual treatment, it doesn’t seem to offer much. The doctors and staff appear to be kind to the animals, but I’m not sure if that’s sincere. I’m deeply disappointed and sincerely hope no other pet has to suffer like my cat did

I happened to walk in to Bestcare Vetzone on 23.11.2021 located in very close proximity to my residence along George E de Silva Mawatha Kandy , a familiar place to me for long years before best care took over. I wish to share my unforgettable experience😇😇😇. My adorable son, Jake , 10 years now and an old man 😅 who only cannot speak like my other three sons, is my life time partner who follows me every step i take, sick or not. Having celebrated his 10th birthday on 15th November, 2021, jake always kept fit all along these ten years. On a date latter 20th Nov if i remember right , i heard a deep and rough spell of breathing gradually developing and tarry stools by 22.11.2021 which took me to bestcare vetzone on 23.11.2021 Long queues doggy after doggy cat after cat i stood by patiently for my turn. Jake was seen. On a touch of the stethoscope, the lady doctor namely Dr Shammi in attendance said to me, i suspect heart related issues and can i see the following xrays and blood investigations. Directing me to the very nearest xray unit and lab recommended, i was brisk in getting them all by evening. I walked in no sooner the reports were ready . It was amazing to see the reports already emailed to Jake’s profile created with bestcare. It was late evening, Dr Chanaka was available. Superb co-ordination among doctors , soon on seeing reports both heart and liver were affected. Superb diagnosis, knowledgeable , conscious, explanative, confident and most importantly the care extended to my son jake and me as a guardian. Exemplary indeed, never experienced it before for the past 30 ofd doggy years. He took trouble and pains to explain the treatment plan. Initially and immediately treated the liver conditions with supportive restoration plan diet etc. Watch for week follow up keep us informed he added. If condition is not better in 3-4 days i was supposed to come back. Few days later the condition improved a little but Jake still continued with rough breathing. I took him again 26.11.2021. Repeat tests were done and the primary cause was detected. Jaki my son suffered a heart issue. On observation Dr Chanaka commenced heart drugs. So careful and caring. One tab a day had to be increased in five days. Follow up for accurate diagnosis. Difficult to walk limbs arthritic, spondylosis, rash affected areas with tiny joint wounds, many to add to his Card of ailments. But jake is cheerful. Eats well and keeps going. Dr Ranga the doctor who visits home, was seeing Jake as he could not take the stress of going up and down to hospital . Very kind sincere and committed. I was requested to call them in any emergency. So Such good doctors with such humanity and care are the best assets best care vetzone kandy can ever ever have. We are blessed in kandy now. Thank you doctors it is a priviledge. With an excellent team of doctors in hand, please help us guardians of our pets, to have a complete laboratory , scanning unit and xray plant in your hospital. Everything under one roof. Kandy lacks in this. I have had 30 years of difficult times seeking veterinary care.
