Please don't take your sick pet to this horrible place.i have lost my pet cat because of this poor service .they don't care about your pet they only want money and leave your pet distress and finally suffocate and die.karama will punish them one day. Vet. doctor and the staff isn't care about the serious illness of the animals.only focus on the money after the target amount earned thereafter responded is not Good .you will suffer by looking at your dying pet. They don't even deserve one star.

Basically one of those vets that rip off, don’t care about animals and just want to bill you money as much as they can No proper scheduling system, no evening surgeries, only one doctor to give timings and not available most of the time! Shame to see more of these vets popping up everywhere to rip off people!

Good Place to bring your pet here, Friendly staff and also Dr. Sugath was very takelented Veg doctor. Highly Recommended

DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO CITYPET Palawatta. They just don’t care and will leave your pet to die even from a simple surgery such as spaying. On 7th. August 2024, I brought an active and playful dog for spaying surgery She was a stray and I had no place to keep her so I asked them to keep her for a couple of days to recover after the surgery. They told me the surgery would be done on the next day evening and after surgery, I gave them several calls to find out how she was. Every time during that evening they assured me she was fine. The following day they called me to tell me that she had passed. The lady doctor very matter-of-factly told me they didn’t know when she passed away. They don’t do overnight observation and they check on her after 10.00 in the morning This is so unacceptable. These are people making money through these innocent beings and still, they don’t bother even to see how a dog is recovering after surgery. However, they did repay me the advance they took for surgery

Poor Customer Service at City Pets Vet Hospital I recently visited City Pets Vet Hospital and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. While the doctors are competent and provide good care, the rest of the staff are lazy, slow, and unhelpful. The non-medical employees exhibited a lack of professionalism and failed to assist with basic tasks, such as handling my dog. Their indifferent attitude made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. City Pets needs to seriously improve its customer service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hospital to other pet owners.
