They gave everything they can to save our kitchen. Truly grateful and appreciate their service. Even though it was late at night they gave everything they can did not charge any hidden fees. Was extremely transparent with their service was super kind I don't know. Highly recommend for your pets

A few weeks ago, I took my cat, Ash, to Friendly Paws Animal Hospital – Pannipitiya after struggling to find proper care at nearby clinics for a wound on his neck. A friend suggested this place, and although I was hesitant, I decided to trust their recommendation, hoping it would be a more professional and caring environment. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise, and I deeply regret taking my cat there. When I first arrived, they suggested that Ash be admitted so they could monitor his condition closely. I thought this was a positive step, believing that they’d provide him with the care and attention he needed to heal properly. After 10 days, I brought him home and was shocked at how much weight he had lost. It was clear that he hadn’t been fed adequately during his stay—he was ravenous the moment we got home, as if he hadn’t eaten properly for days. It’s incredibly concerning that an animal hospital would neglect something as basic as feeding a pet in their care. At the time, I didn’t raise my concerns about this because the wound appeared to be healing, and I just wanted Ash to recover. However, a few days later, the wound reopened, and I was forced to contact the hospital again. They asked me to bring him back in, and when I did, they casually mentioned that there were stitches left inside the wound that hadn’t been removed. Ash had been scratching at these, which caused the wound to reopen. This was a clear case of negligence—something as basic as removing stitches had been overlooked, leading to the entire issue recurring. At this point, I felt trapped. I had no other option but to admit him again, even though my trust in their competence was severely shaken. After another eight days of treatment, I went to pick him up, only to find that his wound hadn’t improved at all. It was almost as if nothing had been done in the time he was there. When I confronted the doctor about the lack of progress, I was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional response. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy or offering a solution, the doctor simply said there was nothing more they could do, implying that it was somehow my fault for expecting better care. This place has proven to be completely inadequate in terms of both care and professionalism. They are charging high fees but not delivering even the most basic services, such as feeding the animals or providing proper wound care. What’s worse is their attitude—they seem to take advantage of the fact that animals can’t speak for themselves. The moment you question their methods or show any concern for your pet’s well-being, they become hostile and dismissive. In my case, not only was Ash not fed properly during both of his stays, but the treatment he received was careless. Their failure to remove the stitches initially led to more suffering for my cat, and when I pointed this out, they showed no accountability. Their care was so poor that, despite paying a considerable amount of money, I had to take Ash elsewhere to receive the help he truly needed. In conclusion, I strongly advise against taking any animal to Friendly Paws Animal Hospital – Pannipitiya. They prioritize profit over the welfare of the animals, and their lack of compassion and professionalism makes it clear that this is not a place that genuinely cares for pets. They’re more interested in charging large sums than ensuring your pet is well taken care of, and they hide behind the fact that animals can’t complain about the mistreatment they receive. For anyone who truly loves their pet, this is not the place to seek help.

You don't have to worry about your pet because 100% they're gonna save your pet.My cat was in a critical condition because of an unsuccessful surgery done by a veterinarian.They immediately started the treatments and saved her life.Also they responded to me every time I needed advise through whatsapp. Doctors and the staff is doing a great job and the prices are reasonable.

Highly recommend! The staff here is fantastic and have gone above and beyond anything I've needed them to do. Few weeks back, my kitten got cat flu and was in a life threatening situation. Every other hospitals told that it's difficult to save him. When I bought him here, the vet who was there was very kind and patient, giving me as much information as he could, and went through blood tests to make proper diagnose and gave some hope that he will do his best to save him. my cat and I returned several times over the next few days and got him admitted there. The staff have always been super professional, nice, and understanding. They took very good care of him and always made him feel comfortable. They were always checking on his needs and behaviors so that they can give him the required treatment. After days of effort they managed to save my kitten. Overall, they've been extraordinary, and I'm really thankful for their support throughout the process. They didn't stop from there, they made sure to check up on him even after he got discharged. To add that, their charges are very reasonable. Highly recommend for everyone!
