I brought a stray dog suffering from resh for injections. I had been to the clinic earlier and so I went straight to the doctor, who I had previously consulted about helping animals. She and her colleagues were sitting in the house for receiving patients. The doctor looked at me and the dog and continued a cheerful conversation with her colleagues. There were no other visitors or animals on the premises at the time of my visit, but I was ignored. Having received no response from the medical staff, I went to the reception desk, where they also tried to ignore me. I started loudly saying "Please help", holding the sick dog in my arms the whole time, because she was very scared of the hospital. Eventually, they paid attention to us and told me to put the dog on the examination table. The place was very dirty and the dog was very scared and ran away. I managed to catch her again and bring her back. All this time, the doctor continued to laugh with her colleagues. When I started loudly asking for help, the doctor began to scold me that I was "not behaving respectfully enough". I felt like I was not seeing a doctor but the Queen of England - the entire staff was so arrogant, indifferent and cold. This is the most disgusting clinic in the country!
