I have shopped two times from happy pet shop. The customer service was excellent so was the product quality. They even delevered the items i needed. All of my dog's favourite toys are from this shop. Thank you happy pet shop.

The owner wasn't around and left the place in hands of very nice and kind people. They were very helpful but they did not know about the products. I think if the show owner shared information of items with the 2 wonderful people it would have been a 5 star visit. We need to wait till they get connected on the phone etc. Its time consuming.

Great service and friendly support. Kandy pet shop is the best place to buy Foods, medicine and equipments for your pets, such as Dogs and Cats. Recommended.!!

Since Kandy doesn't have many pet shops, we don't have much options to go. Variety-wise, it has a decent collection ranging from pet food to pet grooming products. But, what I've seen is their advices are not 100% true at times. Customer serviceswise it's ok, but will require a little bit of bargaining.
