Hikkaduwa Animal Clinic

Hikkaduwa animal clinic is now functioning in its new building.More work to be done upstairs. Dr Lasantha is bussy treating animals with his assistant. Now the clinic has more facilities and enough room to carry out the treatments.

This place is sucks 😞. They are only caring about dogs and some money gaining animals but they don't care about cats. If a tourist came with a cat or little animal they will be so careful around them. I don't say only care about my cat, but 😔. I brought my cat twice to this place and they won't even look at my cat and just giving some medicine or some vaccine. But my cat is still ill 🤧. I'm about to bring my cat to other veterinary and never come to this place😶. Thank you.

The Hikkaduwa Animal Clinic offers a range of services for pets, including pet collars, food for cats and dogs, and vaccinations. I visited a few times to seek treatment for my pet rabbit, and they provided medication. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, my rabbit passed away after a few days. I also took my cat to the clinic, but sadly, he didn't recover and passed away as well. It's possible that my cat had a virus, so it might not be the clinic's fault. One thing to note is that their prices are on the higher side. While the clinic is an option for pet care, there are other places I'd recommend more, such as "bawwo" and others. Additionally, be prepared for some wait time, as the clinic is often busy with people waiting for their services.

Really interesting place: so small, just one doc, works only in the evening. But he helped my dog) Upd: I came again for vaccination. The doctors were nice, and I could also buy dog food, vitamins and shampoo here.

The best clinic. Dr Lasantha treated my cat after he started vomiting several times a day, which was later diagnosed as cat flu. The doctor was so kind and treated my cat so attentively. Took extra care and attention. Dr encouraged every owner to give updates via the phone if the condition is not light. So I gave updates via the phone throughout the entire week, until the cat was fully recovered and the doctor never failed to answer the call and give tips. Doctor even helped the cat to regain its appetite, after recovering from the flu. Dr Lasantha is one of the best doctors in the country.
