This is the first time both my pets stayed at a pet boarding house. Although both pets had never been anywhere without us before. But they had become friends with Mr. Jerome very quickly. My favorite thing here is that he really loves pets and keeps us informed about how the pet's day went, whether the pet ate or not and always sends us videos and photos of the pet's day's activities via whatsapp. I really recommend this pet boarding house.

I boarded my cat for the first time and they have taken a good care of her. She isn't much social and gets scared quickly. But still they took care of her very well and updated about her with videos and photos. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beyond pleased with the care given to our furry baby - who was just 2 Months old. Finding a loving and caring host can be a challenge - especially if you've never done this before - Jerome went above and beyond, making sure our Mochi was super cared for. He gave us very detailed and regular updates, always letting us know what was happening, and putting our minds at ease !! 10/10 would recommend!
If you are looking for someone who absolutely loves what they do, is professional with a genuine gentle hand and are empathetic and amazing (with both cats AND dogs) - Jerome is hands down one of the best!!

We boarded our babies 🐱🐱, Sunny & Ashley for the first time for about 12 days. And we're so relieved since Jerome was taking good care of them. Our pets had been treated gently,well-fed, while we were kept updated daily with photos and videos. I can recommend this as a reliable and secure place to board your pets. Thank you so much for looking after them!

Exceptional Pet Care.. Highly Recommend!!
The service was absolutely excellent, exceeding all my expectations. The staff made sure that my cat was safe and most comfortable, and well-looked after during her week-long stay. Also, it was clear they genuinely care for the animals in their care. I highly recommend this service to any pet owner. Your pet friends will be in great hands for sure!
