The person has a good knowledge of pet foods. I purchased what he recommended, and my cats like it.

If you have no other options and have to get an item from here... but can experience the typical bad customer service and dismissive attitude from top guys and the untrained yet little caring assistant.

Every one is a cheater in here, Around 4 to 5 people work in here and they have different prices, when u say your prices are too high compared to other pet shops, they talk back in filt, the same vitamins can be got in other pet shops for cheaper for a fixed price. I don't recommend buying in here.
