👎👎👎 bad experience 👎👎👎 I entrusted my beloved pet, Coco, to Oh My Dog LK on February 8, 2025, expecting a well-maintained, professional, and safe boarding experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a complete lack of care, hygiene, and responsibility. When I picked up Coco after five days which is yesterday the 13th February 2025, I was only informed at that moment that he had been suffering from loose motion. This delay in informing to me was unacceptable. Concerned, I immediately took him to the vet, who diagnosed him with a viral infection that had progressively worsened due to negligence and lack of timely intervention. The vet also confirmed that this infection could have been prevented if addressed earlier and wouldn't have contaminated if not kept with ANOTHER PET with whom that ALREADY HAVE this VIRAL INFECTION. Another major concern is that Oh My Dog LK does not perform proper check-in health assessments. They merely checked Coco’s vaccination book but failed to examine his physically for signs of infection, gum health, or ticks. LIKEWISE SINCE THEY DO NOT CHECK EVERY PET BEFORE BOARDING THEM IN AND SINCE THIS MALPRACTICE HAS BEEN HAPPENING ,COCO GOT THIS VIRAL INFECTION FROM ANOTHER CONTAMINATED PET. As a responsible pet owner who keeps my dog indoors, I am confident that Coco was in perfect health when I left him there. It is clear that he contracted this infection from another sick pet due to the facility’s failure to implement proper health screening and hygiene Aside from the health concerns, it was evident that Coco was not properly taken care of. As a Cocker Spaniel, he requires regular grooming, yet Coco was returned to me with a tangled, unbrushed coat. Shockingly, his backside was not even cleaned, and he had poop stuck to his fur, which is completely unacceptable for a professional pet boarding service. This level of neglect is both unhygienic and distressing for any pet. Their lack of hygiene, failure to provide proper grooming, and refusal to conduct basic health checks is not just irresponsible it is dangerous. This negligence not only put my dog’s health at risk but could also harm other pets staying there. Pet boarding facilities have a duty of care, and this experience has proven that Oh My Dog LK does not take that responsibility seriously. If you truly care about your pet’s health, safety, and hygiene, I strongly advise against trusting Oh My Dog LK. Don’t wait until it’s too late your pet’s well-being is worth more than this careless service. 🛑 Reply to the owners comment, Dear Erandika, I had hoped not to respond further, but given the numerous messages and voice recordings you've sent, I feel compelled to address the issue. I’m unclear about your lies regarding my guilt or not providing medicine. If anyone is at fault, it’s you. You failed to inform me that Coco was unwell, especially with diarrhea, UNTIL I came to collect him. Had I known earlier, I would have picked him up sooner. You claim to love dogs, yet didn't take Coco to a vet while he was under your care, which raises concerns about your responsibility. You are being paid for this service, so it's misleading to suggest otherwise. And surprising how you are so worried about the review and did not ATLEAST ONCE ask about how Coco is now . I entrusted you with a healthy pet, and he returned in poor health. I urge you to take responsibility for this and act more responsibly in the future. It's also concerning that you haven’t checked on Coco’s well-being. I have kept all the WhatsApp messages as a reference. If you continue sending unfounded accusations, I will need to address this more formally.

I have used this dog day care service for my 4-month-old golden retriever puppy a few times now,and I must say, their service is exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, with a special shout-out to the owner Erandhika, who goes above and beyond to ensure the dogs are well taken care of. One thing I really appreciate is that she sends daily updates with videos and photos,which gives so much peace of mind.Knowing my puppy is in safe hands allow me to truly relax. If you're looking for a trustworthy and loving place for your furry friends, I highly recommend ohmydoglk day care service!!!!

I am very impressed with the love and care offered to pets by Ohmydog. The staff was friendly and took such great care of my dog. I will definitely be using their services going forward. I had peace of mind knowing my dog was safe and cared for.

I was searching for a place to leave my dog, Snowy, while I planned a trip to Anuradhapura, and I was so glad to have found them. Erandi cared for Snowy as if he were her own, and they kept me updated through WhatsApp regularly. I felt completely at ease during my trip, and when I returned, they handed Snowy back to me safely and happily.
