A very big thank you to Shanaka and his team for helping us bring our little Ashie to Singapore from Sri Lanka. They helped us at every step and were prompt in answering all queries we had. They handled all the import/export paperwork beautifully, got all the blood work done before the deadline, booked the AVS quarantine room for Ashie, collected her from our residence and transported her with care, made the process at the Colombo BIA and Changi Airports completely hassle-free, and sent us updates and pictures through Whatsapp. We are really glad that we chose Pet Express for her relocation.
