I had an absolutely horrible experience at this animal hospital. My dog was in critical condition, and the care we received here was subpar at best. The staff seemed more interested in charging exorbitant fees than providing proper medical attention. This freak injected steroids for a rash without even conducting proper tests or considering other available treatments. It was reckless and unprofessional. There are so many other treatments available for rashes, such as antibiotics for bacterial infections, antifungals for fungal infections, antihistamines for allergies, and even natural remedies like coconut oil. Instead of exploring these options, they jumped straight to steroids without any proper diagnosis or report. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Thankfully, we were referred to Doctor Ashan, who was a lifesaver. He treated my dog with genuine care and expertise, and thanks to him, my dog is now recovering well. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to avoid it at all costs. The prices are outrageous, and the service does not justify the cost. If you truly care about your pet's well-being, go to Doctor Ashan's place instead. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about animals. This clinic, on the other hand, is a complete disappointment.

Do not go this clinic. If you have money you are respected. Too much charges for a cat various charges charged like consultation charges , treatment Charges also to mention they put injection for the cat there is a separate charge for injection. A cat Worm table is 200/= the same table at pharmacy is around 30 to 100. Edited Reply for your Comment: I'm aware no one give free of charge but you charge higher amount and do not respect people. You are polite until we make payment and if we do not ask valid question.This is not the first time you were rude to me. I should have not visited for the second time expecting good service. As I can see you have put a disposable charge of Rs. 400 . It is too much, a surgical glouse is around 50 and a sanitizer bottle even cheap which you can use for days not only for my cat. The thing is my cat did not pee or did not have any special treatment to use disposable material. It is up to you to take care of those expenses. Learn to repect people and do not charge higher rates.i have heard the one who deal with animals have kind hearted but you are not. You are money minded. You will pay off for the sins you do. I have seen the negative comments given to you which reflect who you are.

I had a kitten, She had only a normal fever. She was okay before i bring her to them. They gave her some dosage of medicines. Within one day she wasnt abe to handle the dosage and passed away from the overdosage. I bought her first time to her for the treatment and they gave her overdosage and she faced near death. At that time I thougt it was due to fever and somehow she survived. Now I know its all due to over dosage of medicine. If you dont wanna kill your cats or kitten, please I recommend you to get better place than this. Dont think about money or how far away the best pet vets places, this people dont know how to give proper medications for the pets. They broke my hope and trust I had with them. I wont risk my pets by bring them here. Please dont do the same mistake as I did.

Don't take your pets to this clinic, if u don't want to kill them or make your pet's condition even more worse don't take them here. The people at this clinic don't take responsibility for the wrong treatment being given to your pets. They had given the wrong treatment for my dog and his condition got worse, i got my dog treated in another place and he's fine now.There are better genuine pet clinics in colombo. I don't recommend people to visit Pet clinic

This is one of the best animal clinics I have visited. I have taken my dog twice—once for an allergic reaction and the second time for a wound on his paw. Both times, the doctor examined my pet carefully and treated him well. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. Thank you for your excellent care!
