I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They don’t give a F about your pet except your money. My dog has finally died from suffering because of their poor of treatments. For all Pet owners, think twice before visiting this place. PS: If it was a tumor, then why did you give him a cancer vaccine without a proper diagnosis? After that vaccine, he started getting weaker and weaker. He completely refused to eat and started vomiting even the saline. Last Friday you came to see him, my mom said you didn't even try to clean the wound he had. You left with a big bill after a POOR treatment. If you treated that wound properly he could still be living with us. He suffered a lot last night. By the morning he’s gone. No more arguments needed. I have already lost my beloved partner. Thank you Petzone team 👍🏼 & Please stop calling me time to time there’s nothing left to talk about. Except pain 🙏🏻

Pet Zone Animal Hospital provides an excellent service. I took my two-month-old kitten there with some hesitation, but they offered highly professional and efficient care while being very friendly. They truly know how to handle pets, and their pricing is reasonable for the quality of service provided.

I took my cat to this place early September 2024 for treatments. We experienced highly unprofessional and unpleasant behavior from the lady vet working there at that time. She has no clue about diagnosis. She failed to perform basic tasks such as cannulation and drawing blood. Due to these, she failed to send blood samples for testing. But later on she blamed us for not requesting blood tests. She used a blade to shave my cat's fur during her attempt at cannulation, in which she wounded the cats arm badly. I doubt whether this person is qualified enough to perform as a vet. Please avoid this person at all costs before harming your pet. The male assistant was very rough in handling my sick and weak pet, which was very annoying. Also, single-use medical appliances are being reused by him without even sterilizing. Therefore your pet's safety can be at risk.
