Ordered Lets bite 2kg cat food through their daraz store. Send me a damaged package and food inside is rotten (smells really bad) and tried to cover the damaged package by cello tapes. Immediately returned through Daraz, and i'm never gonna order from them again. Be very very careful, this is the food we gave to our beloved pets. Update: Seller regreted for the inconvenience happened and send me a new package eventhough i ordered through the Daraz and gave me the same discount offered through the Daraz. Really helpful and good customer service from the owner.

I experienced incredibly poor customer service when my order for a 15kg pack of Josi Family arrived with WORMS. Despite my attempts to contact Pet Essentials, they continue to IGNORE MY CALLS and give evasive responses. After a ten-day struggle, they reluctantly agreed to a refund, which, disappointingly, took an additional 4 days to process. To add insult to injury, they deduct an additional 300 rupees from the refund for delivering a pet food that contains full of maggots. It is also significant that I was the one who took the spoiled food back to them. This appalling customer care has led me to categorically IGNORE THIS STORE and discourage others. Recently I saw an online review mentioning that maggots in a 15kg bag of Happy Dog kibble, similar to mine. Unfortunately, it seems the complaint wasn't effectively addressed that, Research indicates that improper temperature maintenance and poor storage facilities can lead to worms and maggots infestation in stored food. Their disregard for quality in their profit-driven pet food business THREATENS THE LIVES OF OUR BELOVED PETS and raises concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly disappointed ☹️. Additional complain: After publishing this review, they contacted me on my personal number and attacked with lashings. I was shocked by their unpleasant behavior.
