I was really disappointed by their customer service. There was an offer in the website and I contacted the number and they said offer is available in store aswell. So we went and they didn't gave an offer. They're was a lady who was so judgy. Instead of giving what i asked for, she asked me question like do you even know how many tablets you can feed your dog? How many dogs you have?. And I contacted through WhatsApp and they said they'll refund but they never did. Worst.

The dog bed I got from here is super comfy and my doggo loves it. She’s a German shepherd so I got the largest size and it’s very reasonably priced as well. Happy customer here😊

Best place to get pet supplies even if there is a shortage in stock at other stores. I’ve been searching for royal canin for the past two days and I never got but this place had. Also they are very fast in delivery, they sent me my order within two hours after placing the order. And they sent me two free goodies as well. I’m really satisfied a lot. Thank you very much. Definitely hoping to shop more💯 Highly recommend❤️🥰
