Very unreliable people. They keep the cats inside and leave. There's no one to attend in case of emergency. They don't answer the phone promptly as well. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend for boarding

It was our cats’ first time staying away from home, and all of them were understandably stressed. But Mrs. Harshani took care of them with so much love and patience. She made sure they were calm, monitored everything closely, ensured they ate well, and kept track of their toilet habits. The facility is very clean, with comfortable cages and a safe area for the cats to play. Her kindness and dedication, along with the excellent care at Rado Pet Boarding & Salon, gave us complete peace of mind. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended
