I was struggling with my dog's leash training. Every time we went for a walk, my dog would pull, tug, and even bark at every little distraction. It made our walks stressful, and I couldn't enjoy them at all. I tried different methods, but nothing seemed to work. My dog just wouldn't listen, and I felt like I was constantly fighting to control him. Since I enrolled my dog in Gayan's leash training program, everything has changed. Gayan's approach is calm, patient, and effective. My dog is now walking on a loose leash, and our walks have become a peaceful, enjoyable experience. Gayan taught both me and my dog the right techniques, and the transformation has been incredible. My dog is well-behaved, responsive, and a pleasure to walk. Gayan truly is the best in the business, and I’m so grateful for the positive changes in our walks and our relationship. Highly recommend his services! 🐾👨‍🏫

I recently boarded my puppy at Raptor's Home for training, and I’m extremely impressed with their service! 🐾 The trainer, Gayan, is absolutely fantastic. He really took the time to understand my puppy’s needs and provided personalized training that made a huge difference. My puppy has made great progress, and I can already see positive changes in behavior. 🌟

I regret to say that my experience with Raptor’s Home for Pooches was far from satisfactory. Despite reading some positive reviews, my personal encounter was nothing short of a nightmare. First, the owner was only responsive until the payment was made (in full). I tried reaching out multiple times since the evening I dropped my dogs off to discuss my concerns and get updates, but my calls and texts went unanswered. On that first night, my calls were returned only at 2.30am. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As this was the first time I had left my pets with someone else, a timely answered phone call would have eased my mind a great deal. To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick my dogs the next day evening, (as again he did not answer the phone from morning), I discovered that apparently they had been left unsupervised for extended periods of time. Especially in a place that housed 30-36 dogs at a time with no cages, I was extremely worried for the safety of my pets who had not been socialised to that extent. This is completely unacceptable as the primary reason for choosing a doggie hostel is to ensure they are well cared for and monitored. Additionally both my dogs were given for training, however during the two days they were at the home, there didn’t appear to be much training going on. Additionally, I paid for 25 days but due to poor communication and lack of supervision, I decided to take my dogs home after just one night. Despite this, no refund was given for the remaining days. This kind of disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness is appalling. The owner kept mentioning investors and how investors handle finances etc. But the circumstances made it very hard to believe that there are actually any investors for this place. In summary, I would not recommend Raptors Home for Pooches to any pet owner. The unresponsive management, lack of supervision, and refusal to issue a refund have left me deeply disappointed and concerned about this establishment and the fate of pets entrusted in their care.

Happy to say it was the only place I left my dog ​​without any fear. It is the best place where all the animals have the same free environment without any confinement. My dog ​​is disabled. I had to leave Colombo for two days so I boarded the dog at this place. Because of Gayan's love for animals, I understood that even animals can be happy there. Gayan sent me updated videos of my dog ​​on whatsapp twice a day. 100% service, love, protection and everything else available to the animals. Raptor's Home For Pooches is a highly recommended place where you can take care of your beloved animals ❤️
