THE K-9

Store cant be accessed anymore even when the store exists. How stupid. They ask what you want and bring it outside the shop. Ridiculous

One of the best pet stores in the country. Have been with them for many many years and will always find the best quality products here. The staff have been extremely supportive, kind and they have an exceptional knowledge of the products they sell in the store and what’s good and bad for your pets. I will always get the best products for my pets and this is the only place I have 100% faith in. Thank you K-9 for the support and assistance you have provided me and my fur babies all throughout and we all love you very much . We also wish you the best for great success and prosperity. Thank you once again for being the wonderful people you all are!!!!!!!!

Worst place to buy stuff. Bought a dog bed for 15,000+ and the material started deteriorating in two weeks. When I complained the staff were absolutely rude "you know it's Chinese, Chinese stuff are cheap and this happens".stay away from these grifters.

I can't recommend K9 enough for all pet needs. They offer a wide variety of high-quality products, including some rare finds. Their staff was extremely helpful when I needed to transport a large dog cage. They even arranged delivery when I was abroad. A lifesaver for pet owners!

The female who looks after the shop needs lessons in customer service. Or needs to find something else to do. Also I am not sure if these products sold are actually genuinely imported and genuine. Definitely agree with all the other reviews regarding her rude attitude. Fortunately there are lots of great pet shops in Colombo now. With fabulous customer service too. Just a Google away.
