I had to leave 8 of my Pets 2 Dogs and 6 cats at Urban Coop for over 1 month as I had to go overseas. I have to say that they took care of the pets as if I was there. Malintha is excellent with the animals and updated me every single day on their status with videos and pics upto the day I collected them . Their service is excellent and I can honestly recommend them to anyone who needs their pets taken care of. One of my dogs had filaria when she was boarded and they did the necessary treatment keeping me updated. This boarding facility is trustworthy and for the future when needed I will definitely leave my pets with them since I know they will be safe and taken care of . My fur babies had gained weight for the period they were boarded because the meals were nutritious and they were all very happy and relaxed. This was our first time being away from our beloved dog, Toby, I recently boarded him with Urban Coop for 5 nights. We saw how Toby looked increasingly comfortable in the video updates we received and by the time we welcomed him home, we were even wondering if he'd miss being at urban coop ! I recently entrusted to leave my two beloved dogs, a 7-year-old Rottweiler and a 9-year-old Cocker Spaniel, at Urban Coop Dog Shelter for the first time. As a pet owner, leaving my dogs in someone else's care for the first time was undoubtedly nerve-wracking, but Urban Coop surpassed all my expectations, providing an outstanding experience for both me and my furry friends. From the moment I dropped them off, Urban Coop demonstrated a genuine passion for the well-being of animals. They took the time to get to know my dogs, asking about their preferences, habits, and any special needs they might have. This personal touch instantly put me at ease, knowing that my dogs were in capable and caring hands. The kennels are spacious enough for the dogs to move about even with their own beddings inside & the kennels were mainted very clean, ensuring a cozy and stress-free environment for my furry companions. Urban Coop went above and beyond in terms of communication. I received regular updates, including photos and videos, showcasing the joy and contentment of my dogs during their stay. This thoughtful gesture reassured me that they were thriving in their temporary home. Furthermore, I appreciated the professionalism and transparency of Urban Coop's billing and administrative processes. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the rates were fair given the exceptional level of care provided. I would also like to express my whole heartfelt gratitute towards Deshan at Urban Coop for been patient with my Rottweiler as he was aggressive towards him initially. However, Deshan was patient enough & managed to win him over & in less than a week my Rottweiler was playing around & been his usual self. Returning to pick up my dogs, I was greeted by two happy and content companions, which is a testament to the exceptional care they received during their stay. Neither dogs had lost any pounds nor did they behave any different to their usual self. Urban Coop not only met but exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any pet owner seeking a reliable and loving environment for their furry family members. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Urban Coop Dog Shelter to fellow pet owners. Leaving my dogs in their care for the first time was a positive experience, and I am grateful for the peace of mind they provided during my time away from my beloved dogs. I left my five-year old dog ‘Xoxo’ at Urban Coop for five and a half weeks, and he came back looking just as healthy and happy as the day I’d left him. I was reassured on the daily by the Pet Shopper team of his good health - and they assured me that he was wiping his bowl clean. He came back not having lost a single pound - neither anxious, nor scared, nor any different to when I dropped him off. I was so anxious about leaving him, but was offered constant reassurance by the team throughout his entire stay. They were so kind, understanding and compassionate - it can’t be overstated! They allowed me to take my time and make my decision and payment at my own ease. They accommodated to so many of my demands with no added discussion, nor any added cost (purely due to a misunderstanding in hand) - including feeding him chicken and rice instead of fish and also offering to get his favourite biscuits for him, just so he would keep eating. They owned up to all/any miscommunication and were truthful throughout the entire process. They did everything to keep my dog comfortable, and show a genuine love for animals of all kind - truly wanting the best for each and every one, knowing full-well that they deserve it. They sent me videos and pictures thrice a day, without a single fail, for 40 days straight - allowing me to enjoy my trip, knowing my dog was safe and well taken care of. The cost of stay in itself is so reasonable, I can’t leave it unsaid! I’m truly so impressed and eternally grateful. Thank you for your amazing service - I’ve finally found a reliable pet boarding. I’m so thankful for all your hard work and for the incredible effort, consistency and devotion shown by your pet caretaker at the facility. You’re amazing♥️ thank you so much.

We left our darling pet Kitty at Urban Coop for 2 weeks while we were abroad. We were nervous to leave him by himself but the people at Urban Coop made sure they reassured us. We were sent photos and updates regularly and were very impressed by the amount of care and love they put into taking care of Kitty. The caretaker was extremely kind and looked after him like well. We are extremely grateful for their wonderful service.
