Please Don't take your pet here if its in critical condition... They don't even do basic checkups and administer medicine and tell you to wait and see...
If your priority is cheap and quick instead of saving the pet this is the place, i wouldn't recommend at all except minor injuries or simple procedures like removing stitches..
Took my cat there due to severe vomiting, for two days they just administered injections for stomach acid... Saw no improvement and took him to teaching hospital to see the whole time there was a obstruction in stomach, had to put a canula, they did a thorough checkup, ex Ray and was kind and gentle with the pet.
I repeat, please don't take your loving pet here, they don't care and administer meds through speculation only... Not hygenic at all. They close the facility at 12 noon and by 3pm amd on weekends... No matter how serious the condition of your pet, there gossips and food comes first... Seriously! take turns why close the whole facility for lunch?... Its cheap for a reason!!!! ππ
Unfortunately it was too late for my baby

My 8year old kitty was unwell with fever, excessive saliva, and loss of appetite, only eating Whiskas biscuits. I had never been to Gatambe Vet Hospital before, but I had no choice at the time. The doctor carefully examined my cat and administered saline while recommending a blood test and a kidney check.
The doctor took two blood samples and directed me to Oshadhi Lab (under the tunnel) for testing. Once the results were available, treatment started immediately. For three days, my cat received saline, antibiotics, and other fluids. Thankfully, my kitty recovered well!
I truly appreciate the doctor's dedication and the supportive staff. If your pet is unwell, don't hesitate to bring them here. While they donβt have scanning facilities, lab tests can be done nearby. Highly recommended!

Took our two months old terrier to the hospital. He was vomitting dark and not eating anything. Went there three consecutive days.
Day 01 : They gave saline. Asked to come back next day.
Day 02 : Gave saline again.
Day 03 : Day three only they asked us to get a blood report . Puppy could barely move.
Report said it is a bacteria infection.
3rd day night he passed away.
We are not happy with the efforts made. They didn't even recommend a scan. Atleast they should have recommended a blood test on day 01.
No recommended at all

What kind of crazy woman is put in the call center here... Put someone who can talk to a human being... The hospital closes at 3. Why the hell is it written at 5 on Google. What madness? They give big talks through calls in return for paying salaries from the government.I understand how they care for animals by their talking style. If the job can't be done properly, it will be given to someone else. When I call to know a message, they scold before hearing the message ..what nonsense..Is that what you get paid for? If you can't answer calls properly, why the hell are there numbers? Before giving medicine to the animals, buy some medicine for the cow that are left to answer the calls.. You can imagine how these people treat those innocent animals by give them a call. I will complain this to the concerned parties
