Never go to this place! ..I hope this review helps save a life! I brought my 6 moths old cat to the this place after she was bitten by a dog to take an X-Ray. They said The initial X-ray showed no issues, and they prescribed some medicine. And also they never gave me a hard copy or a soft copy of that x ray. However, my cat's condition worsened, so I sought a second opinion at a private vet hospital, where they discovered severe internal damage. Unfortunately, my cat passed away. I am deeply disappointed by their misdiagnosis and want to warn others to seek a second opinion if their pet is in a critical condition. These people either don’t care about their job or lack proper knowledge. They show no concern for the lives of pets. This place operates like a typical inefficient government office. I only went there because my regular vet initially recommended it otherwise, I would have never considered going there.

Say it is open but when we went told to leave and they don't pick the phone... .very poor service..

Really disappointed with them and wouldn’t recommend at all! I took my dog there because she was inactive and couldn’t walk properly. And the doctors said that she’s having wheeze and gave medication for a week. The doctor even took a blood sample and checked it and told me that reports are okay! But at midnight my dog vomited blood and I took her again there. And then only they said that she was poisoned or a bitten by a poisonous snake or something but it was too late at that time and my dog passed away! The most disgusting thing is that the doctors who checked her on 2nd day told me that they didn’t do any blood testings on previous day. That means the doctor who took the blood sample was lying!! Because of their careless behavior I lost my beloved pet. The dog literally survived two nights that means if they examined her well she had the chance to live. I am really disappointed with so called lady doctor who checked my dog! So if you’re planning to take your pet there think thousands times please!

Not recommended at all. They killed my shihtzu puppy. They don't have enough practice and knowledge. They usings our pets as toys to get their education. What a disgusting place. That's a shame that your team don't have hearts. My pup only had operation in his eye. Very healthy dog. They gave too much anesthesia and It caused him very painful death. Please don't go there they will kill your pets 😭
