DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE DURING EMERGENCY ! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Vets & Pets. The service was shockingly poor with staff displaying extreme laziness and indifference toward both pet owners and their animals. Despite the urgent nature of my visit,I was left waiting without any acknowledgment or assistance.From what I saw and experienced this is place where your staff and aunties can have ලිද ලග සංගමේ.Not pet veterinary assistance ! And the bald parking attendant guy that appeared inside your hospital from nowhere after 30mins where did you hire these people ? Pettah Marketplace ? The management seriously needs to reassess their staff’s attitude especially the bald parking attendant man who seems to believe he’s running a military checkpoint rather than assisting customers in a pet emergency. Even when vehicles are parked without causing any obstruction, he insists on rearranging them purely for his own satisfaction, disregarding the stress pet owners are already under.Do you really think rearranging parking is possible for a customer with a pets ? Where do I keep them on top of my head ? Humans don’t have more than 2 arms If you truly care about your pet’s well being and need a reliable vet clinic, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere even if it means traveling a bit farther.

I have been bringing my dog Makenna here for the past two years and the care, love and attention has been amazing. My dog actually loves coming here and eagerly walks in and jumps on the sofa as if she owns the place. All the staff know her by name, and greet her and she feels very comfortable here. A special mention to Dr. Wathsala and also her new doctor Dr. Chanaka (who treated her just last week with great care.) The staff has also been very kind to me and comforted me when I've been worried and upset about my dog. I would also like to say that they have always worked around how my dog is. There have been times she has refused to get out of the tuk and the doctors have gone out of their way to treat her inside the tuk where she was more comfortable. They have also treated her while she is on the sofa instead of making her get on the table. They know her so well and understand her personality! This level of care is unmatched for! The doctors and staff here really love dogs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone 💕

I've been taking my dog to Vets and Pets for a few years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care they provide. The doctors and staff are always incredibly caring, and it's clear that they genuinely love animals. The clinic is great at quickly diagnosing any issues and starting treatment right away, which gives me peace of mind. I also really appreciate their home visit service — it's so convenient and makes caring for my pet even easier. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and care my pet receives here. At the Vets and Pets Animal Hospital in Thalawathugoda, our three dogs—Archie, Leo, and Torby—have had first-rate treatment. They performed three surgeries successfully for my pets. When a puppy becomes ill, they make every effort to give him with compassionate care and, if necessary, a same-day appointment. The veterinarians here are excellent! I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Wathsala and the staff. To give us prompt, kind care for our dogs, they went above and beyond.
