I had a horrible experience with Woof Kennel in Moratuwa. I left my German Shepherd, there for three days, and when I picked him up, he had a wound on his face. The staff didn't inform me about the injury, and when I confronted them, they tried to claim it happened at home, which is absolutely false. They were rude and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their negligence. It's clear they don't care about the well-being of the animals in their care. I wouldn't trust them with any pet again. Very disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and care.
